I have managed to do the five minute warm up and 15 mins at 4.0 then five minutes at 3.7....The step machine is definately a challenge.....I am only doing a 10 minute not 15 yet. I last 5 mins is really tough....My goal is to get it down by Friday.....I am going to do it. I can do it, I can do it!! I CAN DO IT...I FEEL POWERFUL.... I AM GOING TO BE HEALTHY AND SKINNY!!! Damit, I am going to be skinny..... (Now Deb, put that on your board) :)
