Do’s and Don’ts of Laser Treatment

TO ENSURE BEST RESULTS

YOU MUST:

  • Drink plenty of water every day, at least six to eight, 8oz. glasses of water.
  • Detox and Cleanse Programs are highly recommended to achieve better results.
  • Maintain a reasonable and healthy diet. Watch your calorie intake.
  • No alcohol or drinks with high sugar content within 24 hours of a treatment.
  • Exercise at least 30 minutes a day, 3 times per week.

 

DAY OF TREATMENT

  • Drink plenty of water BEFORE and AFTER each treatment.
  • NO food 2 hours BEFORE and NO carbs (bread, pasta, etc.) 3 hours BEFORE each treatment.
  • NO food 2 hours AFTER and NO carbs (bread, pasta, etc.) 3 hours AFTER each treatment.
  • Maintain active AFTER each treatment, (a 30 minute fast walk, run, chores around your house) within 4 hours after treatment.
